ESTRELLE series UTAUloids DL
ESTRELLE
ESTRELLE is an altered version of the Estrelle Skies design. The voicebank features a character icon drawn by goldstargloww and designed by Estrelle Skies. They are an androgynous voice best suited for alto and tenor ranges (C3 to F5, roughly) although with good tuning they can sound good outside that range.

What’s UTAU?
UTAU is an open-source singing synthesis software. If you know Vocaloid, it’s quite similar to that. If you don’t know Vocaloid, here’s the quick rundown on singing synthesis. A Voicebank, sometimes called a Voice Database, is a collection of audio samples of a person’s voice. It’s usually just sounds (think “a i u e o”) that can then be put into a MIDI workspace and pitch edited to make a song. Vocaloid, the pioneer software in singing synthesis, is Extremely Expensive. It’s hundreds of dollars to get a functional Vocaloid setup going. Instead, developer Ameya made UTAU (lit. the Japanese word meaning “to sing”). It’s completely free and open source, allowing users to create voicebanks, songs, and even custom UI skins. It’s cool and free. Ever heard the name Kasane Teto? Yep, she originated in UTAU, although now she also has a SynthesizerV voice.
